I finally got matched with my little sister, Sierra, in March of 2017, and being her Big has been an amazing experience! We got to do so many fun, new, and exciting things around the area in every season, like going to the trampoline park, snow-tubing, laser tag, Kennywood, and so much more!

    Lost in Thought is a game that was developed by the team known as Bad Wolf Studios for the Global Game Jam 2014. Bad Wolf Studios was made up of two people: Dr. John D. Watkins and Tessa Liddington. Dr. Watkins is a first time jammer while Tessa is a third year veteran. They jammed at their local Pittsburgh jam site.

    In Lost in Thought, you must navigate your thought through the neurons to bring yourself into existance as a true thought. As a primary thought, you can see primary neurons (blocks in the prototype). Your Opponent is also a primary thought that can see primary neurons. Together, you can see secondary neurons.

    The resulting prototype, Camel Ship, was named unoriginally after a combination of our team name and the focus of our setting, a crash-landed space ship. The player is a futuristic bounty hunter in pursuit of a very persuasive alien. Your goal is to search this ship where your target alien has taken refuge, and take him out at all costs.

At GPLC, students of all ages and races come together to learn English and important skills to prepare them to pass their GED test. The product my team came up with is a unified application for the web, mobile, and band called MyLife. The feature we focused on was the process of the band detecting emergency situations and automatically sending for help to the…

The feature we focused on was the process of the band detecting emergency situations and automatically sending for help to the user's emergency contact and EMT, and then providing the EMT a "health picture" so they can make the best possible decisions in the time that counts.
