Emergency Website Service

Is your website down right now? Let me help you! If I can fix it in 45 minutes or less, it’s free.

If you’re a new/small business or startup, you likely don’t have a digital marketing team on hand. What happens if your website suddenly starts showing an error, going from perfectly fine one day and an emergency the next? Where do you even start? Who do you call? What questions do you ask?

Googling your error is a good start but many of the tutorials are geared toward programmers and developers. Your hosting provider (if it isn’t me) may send you off saying it’s not a host problem and to contact the developer. Your web developer (if it isn’t me) may send you away if the error is coming from a third party. Many companies only provide tech support for their own products and services and are quick to dismiss any problem that’s not directly related to it.

Call me if you’re having a website emergency!

That’s where I come in. Make me the first person you call!

Well, send me a text message instead because I’m hard of hearing and am more likely to respond to a text message than answer a phone number I don’t recognize. I will debug the issue regardless of its origin and do my best to resolve it.

You don’t have to be an existing client. Just send me a text message with your website’s URL and that you need help and I’ll send you a Zoom link for us to start talking and debugging as soon as I am able. Alternatively, schedule a Zoom meeting yourself and we can get rolling!

If I can fix your website in 45 minutes or less, it’s free. I only ask that you give me a review or recommendation on GoogleFacebook, or NextDoor, whichever platform you prefer. Emergencies happen and most of them won’t be your fault.

How I Prioritize Emergencies

I once had a project manager that, when posed the question, “what is the priority of this task?” it was always met with the same answer. And as you know the saying, “if everything is a priority, then nothing is.” I made this infographic and sent it to them as a joke.

How to know if your website is having an emergency (a comedic infographic)

But joking aside, if your existing website is broken and you have no idea who to ask to help you fix it, send me a text message. If it’s not an emergency and can wait until I’m done with the other thing, feel free to contact me through the regular method. Thank you!
